traveled to indiana...to officially announce a deal he helped reach this week -- that will keep hundreds carrier air conditioning jobs from moving to the country. 3 supporters of the standing rock sioux tribe rallied in downtown milwaukee last night... protesting the dakota access pipeline. 19:05:24-28 we can't drink oil, keep it in the soil soil they don't beleive the north dakota pipeline should go through sacred native american lands.. and say tready rights should be honored.one man says he recently returned from a trip to visit the protest site in north dakot 10:00:26-36 it was an amazing encampment... led by the elders of the sioux tribe, very non-violent, peaceful gathering, very prayerful prayerful 3 the rally started in front of the wells fargo at the corner of wisconsin avenue and water street. the protesters want the bank to stop investing in the pipeline. they then walked to the federal courthouse... demanding president obama stop the pipeline and withdraw a december 5th eviction order from the army corps of engineers. 3

started at nine yesterday for most counties. crews in waukesha county still hadn't ?started counting votes at 10 p.m. last night. they spent several hours grouping the ballots by location - and checking to see how many they have. a lot of their work yesterday was checking absentee envelopes. crews were there until midnight - county staff tells us they ?do? expect to be finished by the deadline on december 12th. 3 the recount in milwaukee county got off to a slow start yesterday.the county has more than 440-sa count -- in less than two weeks. weeks. before things got underway.... a green party observer successfully petitioned the canvass board to publicly test every counting machine. 13-17 "i brought up the objection why not test them all? we're here we're spending the money the time lets do it right." right." 3 while testing the machines... one came up with an error-- but it was fixed.there were also questions about absentee ballots. electons officials say the process is causing them to run behind schedule. 59-1:09"it's been a little bit of a difficult day for everyone i'd say. because

police in washington identified the veteran officer shot and killed while answering a domestic violence c. call..reginald "jake" gutierrez and his partner responded to a call in tacoma, washington on wednesday. when the officer started to go up the stairs to the house.. the two exchanged gunfire.. and the officer was shot.police say the shooter barricaded hif children..using them as shields.he was eventually shot and killed.. the two children were not hurt.officials say the community is standing by the department. 1:45-2:00 support from our community in general and it just makes me feel very honored (emotional) to be a tacoma police officer. 3 officer. 3 the mayor ordered flags in the community to be lowered to

advising any students potentially at risk...to stay home. get this ... chocolate with less sugar-- but the same taste?nestle claims they've found a way... way...the chocolate maker says by hollowing out sugar particles, it can reduce the chocolate's sugar content by as much as 40-percent.the swiss company won't give out its secret about how it works.. but says they'll only use "natural ingredients" ... and the final product is still sugar, not an artificial sweetener like splenda. they plan to roll out products containing the new sugar in 20 3 still ahead ...stepping down.. but not forgotten.what's next
